Roller conveyors
Rinaldi Srl offers a wide range of loading and unloading roller conveyors equipped with a piece stop, featuring metric rod or digital display indicators, designed for single-head saws for cutting aluminum and PVC profiles. These are specifically designed for the window and door sector and are commonly used in industrial settings to support and measure similar bar-shaped profiles.
- Rolleing loading table right or left with modular structure. The version "22" has a length of 2200 mm, the version "44" of 4400 mm and the version "66" of 6600 mm.
- Right-side unloading profile support roller conveyor with automatic reference stop positioning movement, excludable, driven by DC motor and high-precision position detection system with magnetic strip. Can be used as a bar pusher to create a cutting line. Dimension reading and setting on digital LCD display. Reference length of 7000 mm.
- Roller support rail unloading right side with positioning reference stop, excluded, controlled manually operated with handle. Reading the share of metric rod aluminum screen-printed. The version "20M" has a usable length of 2000 mm, the version "40M" of 4000 mm.
- Unloading roller rail right side with positioning reference stop, manually operated with handwheel. Reading the quote on LCD digital display with battery power. The version "17 V" has an effective length of 2000 mm, the version "40 V" of 4000 mm and the version "60V" of 6000 mm.
